Loneliness is an old and ongoing human condition. Having friends, supporters, and emotional connections with others in our lives is vitally important. We know that being lovingly supported and supporting others are powerful contributors to our social, psychological, spiritual, and even physical wellbeing. Such support is most assuredly a powerful anti-depressant. It gives us the motivation and courage to go on in even the hardest of times. It enriches our lives, making every experience feel better. It takes time and support to create the changes in your life that will improve your circumstances and make you feel better about yourself and your life. Join us as we explore how to address issues related to loneliness in your life. Monday’s 1:00 – 3:00 PM At the Learning and Recovery Center 174 Mere Point Road For more information please call Paula at 373-4275 |
