TOOLS WORTH TRYING

Jeffrey Conrad of Camden, Maine has written several small resource books/ booklets for persons living with mental health issues.  Following his own treatment within the mental health system, Jeffrey has learned some helpful tips that have been useful in his recovery.  I recently read Jeffrey’s book- “A Manual for Mental Wellness”. It offers “a practical wholistic philosophy for mental health patients and their families”.  In this manual Jeffrey provides resources for the tools that worked for him and his insight into the two psychiatrists, Dr. Gerald Jampolsky and Dr. Abraham Low, with whom he found their materials helpful in his own recovery.  He hopes that this practical approach offered in his manual will help others living with mental health diagnosis. If you would like to order this or other materials Jeff’s created please contact:
