D.H.H.S. , CHILD AND FAMILY SERVICES IN THE STATE OF MAINE HAS FAILED THEIR FEDERAL REVIEW, AND HAS BEEN FINED a minimum $314,357 for failing that federal review by some 30 points. That federal agency is The Administration Of Children And Families (ACF), in Boston, Ma. This is The same state government that tells us we don't have the right to raise our own children as we see fit, and takes them and gives them away like so many kittens if we don't agree with their family policies!
